Vocus
With their network of datacentres we are able to provide hosting, co-location and ISP services. There are a number of facilities throughout New Zealand and Australia including a tier 3 datacentre (DC) located in Albany, a second site in Christchurch as well other offshore DCs. Their facilities have a 100% uptime record.
This strategic relationship has been driven out of the move to Cloud based technology to provide highly available infrastructure and access. The same requirements for ICT strategy and on-going support to sit over the infrastructure are also very much in demand. Customers are looking to have their ICT partners provide not just day to day management and support but also to help leverage their investment in ICT to make their businesses successful and derive as much efficiency out of their ICT.
Cloud Inc (SharePoint partners)
We have partnered with a leading SharePoint development company to be able to provide SharePoint based EDRMS, intranets and Office 365 solutions to our customer base. We have also helped many of our customers into the cloud using the Microsoft Office O365 platform for both email and file services.
Concentrate (technology marketing experts)
Over the last two years we have also engaged the specialist IT marketing company Concentrate. They conducted a customer insight project, built our brand story, updated our profile and refreshed our website. They also create case studies, whitepapers and marketing initiatives to generate more business into our defined market sectors.
MSP Assist (Kaseya experts)
We have contracted specialist Kaseya technical experts MSP Assist to fine tune and streamline our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tool and processes.
Telco
We have partnered with a number of key telecommunication providers to be able to offer these services to our customer base. That brings LANWorx in to the Telco provider realm and means we can offer land and mobile savings to our customer base as well as provisioning circuits and trunks through these providers directly.
